Shipping policy
- All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW to Australia wide.
- Please ensure that you are providing the CORRECT delivery address before making payment, otherwise, late delivery or cancel orders may occur.
- We post every weekday only, except for Public Holidays. Each order will be handled and dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment.
- After dispatch, the tracking number will be available. AUPOST usually delivers between 2- 6 business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.
- Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by AUPOST or other courier companies. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.
